Oven cooked and flash fried to an attractive golden brown in the factory, the round, IQF meatballs are presented fully cooked and frozen.

Snowbird has exclusively used quality British suppliers of pork which accounts for more than 80% of the meatballs.

In addition to diced chorizo, they contain onion, red peppers, black pepper, paprika, salt, parsley and garlic powder.

They are ready to microwave (in seconds) or oven bake from frozen – and are presented as part of the award-winning Snowbird range of meatballs.

Early customers have opted for a 25g ball and have used it for buffets (they will eat hot or cold), as well as in an innovative light bite dish or starter or a main course with rice, pasta, cous cous, polenta, salads or potatoes.
