Putting the bite on the hand-held food sector with an expanding range of ideas which deliver solutions is Snowbird foods. It has developed a portfolio of products, all of which are fully cooked and frozen at the factory stage, which deliver high speed solutions for both the food-to-go and buffet sectors.

Standard sausages (Cumberland, Lincolnshire and Pork) which are cut lengthways or into coins are a prepared-to-order breakfast solution as they can be microwaved from frozen to order whilst a bun or sandwich is being toasted. Only high quality ingredients are used and all three varieties contain more than 70% pork.

Similarly prepared, cocktail and other small sausages are ideal buffet items and can add interest to wraps, as can the company’s new Mini Meat Bites – interestingly irregular shaped 4g. bites which are made of pork, lamb, beef, chicken or turkey which already feature internationally as a pizza topping.
