Manufacturing, storage and distribution are all controlled by the Quality Management System which meets the BRC standard for accreditation and all procedures are documented in accordance with Due Diligence legislation.
The Quality Management System (and the supporting HACCP’s manual) enables Snowbird to reliably meet customer specifications and ensures employees commit to and achieve that target.
The Technical Department, led by the Technical Manager, who is supported by a five strong QA Team, oversees all accreditations and ensures fastidious, round-the-clock hygiene disciplines are maintained, with daily audits of quality control practices, procedures and operations, thus ensuring all products are positively released for quality and safety.
In addition, the technical department generates all technical product specifications for customers – and when necessary does so with minimum notice to satisfy customer requirements.
