TECHNICAL DEPARTMENT
Snowbird foods is committed to providing customer satisfaction by supplying safe and legal products of a quality defined by customer requirements. The Technical Department makes sure this happens.
Manufacturing, storage and distribution are all controlled by a Quality Management System which meets Efsis standards for accreditation and all procedures are documented in accordance with Due Diligence legislation.
The Quality Management System (and the supporting HACCP's manual) enables Snowbird to precisely meet customer specifications and employees commit to and achieve that target.
The Technical Department oversees all accreditations and ensures fastidious, round-the-clock hygiene disciplines are maintained, with daily audits of quality control practices, procedures and operations, thus ensuring all products are positively released for quality and safety.
Led by technical manager, Glenn Hitchings, the five strong team is where the expertise lays for producing technical product specifications for customers and the team does that very quickly indeed.
