Gourmet Sausages from Snowbird foods are fully cooked and food safe, making them ideal for barbecues just heat and eat!
The sausages are in natural casings which deliver the distinctive crescent shape and deliciously plump appearance and there is no splitting. They can be re-heated from frozen, thus cutting out waste and, as they have been pre-cooked, there is no weight loss.
Only top quality primal cuts of meat are gently minced and mixed to deliver a coarse texture and the meat content is a generous 78 per cent, a recipe that has been recognised with a major foodservice award.
Flavours are: Old English Pork; Highland (pork and haggis seasoning); Wiltshire (pork, smoked bacon and herbs); Scotch Beef (made with Aberdeen Angus); Pork and Leek, Cumberland (pork and herbs) and Piri Piri Chicken (piri piri sauce).
