Our superb range of meatballs are a valuable addition to the Snowbird family! Minced and mixed to product a firm, meaty texture with seasonings ranging from the traditional faggot to the exotic Far East! A complete range of cooking styles is incorporated in the Snowbird range: steamed, grilled, oven-baked, fried and traditionally smoked, if required, offering customers every style of cooking.

Fully cooked, golden brown and ready to reheat from frozen.

Reheating Guidelines:

Microwave from frozen 800w: 1 x 30 gram meatball = 40 seconds.
Oven bake from frozen 200°c: 1 x 30 gram meatball = 4 minutes.
Adjust timings for product quantity and size.
Check core temperature of 75˚C has been achieved.
Return to microwave or oven if further heating is necessary.
