Minced and mixed to product a firm, meaty texture with seasonings ranging from the traditional faggot to the exotic Far East! A complete range of cooking styles is incorporated in the Snowbird range: steamed, grilled, oven-baked, fried and traditionally smoked, if required, offering customers every style of cooking.

Red Pepper and Pork Meatballs in a spicy arabiatta sauce with fresh basil and spaghetti.	Faggots and Dark Brown Gravy Faggots with dark brown gravy served with fluffy mash and spring greens.
Italian Meatballs Meatballs with tagliatelle in a sun dried tomato and mascarpone sauce.	Shish Kebab, Lamb Meatballs and Koftes All seasoned with chilli, ginger and coriander. Delicious with onion salad and chutney.

Reheating Guidelines:

Microwave from frozen 800w: 1 x 30 gram meatball = 40 seconds.
Oven bake from frozen 200°c: 1 x 30 gram meatball = 4 minutes.
Adjust timings for product quantity and size.
Check core temperature of 75˚C has been achieved.
Return to microwave or oven if further heating is necessary.
